Following a research and academic career in applied/engineering mathematics, Susan established and ran an organisation and management development consultancy working with Government Departments and private sector companies. She supported women in STEM initiatives at national level.
She was a Patient Governor of Addenbrooke's Hospital for 8 years and chaired the Director/Governor Forward Planning Group. Just elected, she wants to find out more about RPH and where she can best contribute. She has lupus, a chronic illness.
