Junior doctors, consultants and radiographers will all take industrial action on different days throughout July.
It will affect 13-18 July, 20-22 July and 25-27 July.
The British Medical Association (BMA) and Hospital Consultants and Specialists Association (HCSA) have announced strike action for junior doctors from 07:00 on Thursday 13 July until 07:00 Tuesday 18 July.
BMA and HCSA consultants are taking strike action from 07:00 on Thursday 20 July until 07:00 on Saturday 22 July.
Meanwhile the Society of Radiographers (SoR) has announced industrial action for radiographers. They will strike for 48 hours from 08:00 on Tuesday 25 July until 08:00 on Thursday 27 July, which will affect our cardiology, radiology and bronchoscopy services.
The five-day walkout by junior doctors - who comprise half of all doctors in the NHS - is the longest in NHS history.
We are now entering the eighth month of industrial action across the NHS and staff continue to work hard to provide patients with the best possible care under the circumstances.
To ensure patient safety and minimise risk during this period, we will need to reduce activity throughout our hospital, allowing us to care for people in most urgent need of our services.
We will prioritise resources to protect as best as possible emergency and urgent treatment such as cardiac arrests, transplantation, critical care, and cancer.

Choose services wisely
The NHS is asking patients to choose services wisely during industrial action and take simple steps to help ensure care is available to patients who need it most.
This includes using NHS 111 online as the first port of call for health needs and continuing to only call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
GP practices will be open during the junior doctors and consultants strike. Please continue to attend your GP and dental appointments, unless you are contacted and told otherwise.
Pharmacies also remain open.
